These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you and POST Token Foundation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any POST Token services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Access and use the platform for personal or business purposes
• Create an account and maintain wallet addresses
• Execute transactions on the POST Token blockchain
• Access documentation and educational materials
• Participate in governance if eligible as a token holder

This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform, reverse engineer any software, or use our services for illegal purposes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POST NETWORK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

IN NO EVENT SHALL POST NETWORK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The materials appearing on POST Token may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. Token prices, exchange rates, and financial information are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial decisions.

Prohibited activities include:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Attempting to manipulate token prices or markets
• Interfering with the platform's operation or security
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing

The POST Token name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of POST Token Foundation. All content, features, and functionality of the platform are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

POST Token has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party content, goods, or services.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, including availability of any feature, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
